Jayne Fenton Keane is a highly awarded and respected poet, both in Australia and overseas. Her distinctive blend of poetry-song cycles, spoken word-music fusions and shamanic performances have challenged and inspired audiences and critics around the world. Based in Queensland, Australia, JFK is the Founding Director of National Poetry Week, a PhD student and a human rights worker. JFK has recently returned from an Asialink Residency where she spent time writing in Malaysia, Taiwan and India.
